The Dining Room

The Dining Room is a special events venue at Gourmet Farms in Silang, Cavite. It is a white, pillar-free room in a free-standing building surrounded by the landscaped gardens of the Farm, and accommodates up to 200 guests seated. Perfect for big occasions, like Weddings and Birthdays, or entertainment like cabaret shows or mini-concerts or product launches and art exhibits. Ang Bagong Pinoy foods will also follow farm-to-plate freshness by offering only fruits and produce found in the local market that day. Expect to find year-round favorites like kangkong andvetegetables used in pinakbet, as well as seasonal finds like avocados and pea shoots.

Silang, Tagaytay and Batangas overflows with fruits like pineapples, bananas and papayas…but you will also find the sweetest lanzones, rambutanand chicos, which have just ripened on the trees.

And sweetwater crabs and shrimp and fish from the lake will feature heavily on the buffet dishes of the Dining Room every weekend, as tinapamousse, laing pasta, or longaniza pizzas can also be tasted.

Rice will be steamed with fragrant pandanand packaged in banana leaves, and guests will also find essential sauces like vinegars, patis and soy sauces, along with rock salts, black pepper, sili peppers and kalamansi on the center of every table.

Halo-halo, banana turones finger-sized fruit tarts and ices creams will be offered for desserts and meriendas.

And the signature “coolers” – non-alcoholic fruit drinks of citrus, pineapple or guayabanos, are always available, as are the freshly brewed coffees and tea infusions for which Gourmet Farms are famous.
