Customer Loyalty – Here To Stay With CXN Inc.

As any salesman will tell you, every great sale needs to be followed by another and another and another. This is success, and of course, if these add on sales are from current customers and that’s great. Without this customer loyalty, no company will gain any appreciable level of success, says CXN Inc.

Customer loyalty is a fairly new term. Years and years ago no one gave much thought to returning customers vs. new customers. Small towns with one diner, one grocery store, one drug store and one department store just took it for granted that their townspeople would keep returning, no matter what. For instance, if you wanted to have breakfast after church, you went to the diner, or you went home. There weren’t any other choices, until competition arrived.

Little Meg’s diner of yesterday might still be there, but she is struggling for market share against the fast food restaurants, coffee shops with big names, fancy pastries, and even the large grocery stores that now have tables next to their in store bakery. Other smaller businesses might have been less successful when the big names moved in, even if the customers actually preferred the smaller stores they had frequented for years.

Competition became difficult, and since shopkeepers and small businesses had never had to compete, many failed. The ones that stayed were still forced into hiring professionals to show them how to stay in business and how to keep the customers they once had with the new ones they managed to acquire. New customers were attracted with new loyalty programs, and old customers were tempted to stay.

According to CXN Inc, these loyalty programs appeared everywhere. Even the corner bakery realized how important it was to keep customers coming back, especially with the big name coffee shops moving in. Ten cups of coffee would get you a free large, or even a pastry. The nail salon would give you a free manicure after five that you paid for, and the large grocery stores instituted ‘two for one’ deals for loyal patrons.

Technology helped out, too. Emails, texts, and mobile phones with web access kept customers up to date with daily specials and contests. Even coupon codes were sent out that could be scanned from the cell phone at the cash register.

These rewards weren’t just handed out by retailers, according to CXN. Banks and even insurance companies did whatever they could to show long time customers how important they are. One large bank now offers customers who are able to keep a sizeable balance on hand, an entire set of some outstanding cookware. CXN advises, customers want to be rewarded, and now these customer loyalty programs are here to stay.

With Coffee Machine Rental, Everyone Has The Chance To Drink A Good Coffee

It is well known that coffee was first found in Ethiopia by a goat herder. He noticed her goats acting strangely after trying some berries from the little tree standing nearby and he decided to taste them himself. So he found a bland, but yet sweet and refreshing fruit. He felt a sensation of excitement after several minutes. And this can be declared the first effect of the coffee. The Arabs were very keen in drinking this beverage too. It is said that in Turkey, if a man refused his wife the pleasure of drinking coffee, she had the right to divorce him, but of course, this is just a legend. In Ancient times, the priests were totally against this beverage because they said Satan invented it for the Muslims, but as you can noticed, is a matter of perception.

Coffee is drunk today for its benefits and some people recognize that they cannot start the morning without this magic potion. Coffee machines are present in every home to ease the human`s job. You can buy a coffee machine so smart that it prepares your coffee in the morning if you “order” it before you go to sleep. They are like a good friend who wants you to start your day in a great manner. The most widely used method of Making Coffee appeared in 1950. This method produces coffee by heating the water form a reservoir and spraying the hot water over the coffee in a filter basket; the coffee will be then dripped into a pot. The Cafetiere is considered the best method of Making Coffee because it has the property of keeping the coffee`s aroma.

If you work in an office, or you have you own company, it is logical to use automatic coffee machines or coffee machines, because your daily needs are different. As you may now, buying a coffee machine for an office, can be expensive, especially if it’s in a big company and let`s not forget that coffee is like a culture in every office. The companies that are at the beginning can take into consideration the version of coffee machines rental. You can find the same quality at a better price. Nobody will distinguish a new tool from an old one as long as the coffee has the same taste. What matters is the atmosphere created when employees take their coffee pause.

Coffee capsules make your job even easier. You wonder why? Because you just have to insert the coffee in the coffee machine and press the button; in less than a minute your coffee will be ready. Here are some things about coffee that you might not know: it is the largest traded commodity, even greater than oil, its price can vary, depending on uncontrollable facts like frost, wars, etc.. A single coffee tree is able to produce one pound of coffee and it becomes viable only after 3 years it was planted. Now, you can imagine what a great responsibility is on the shoulders of the producer. But we appreciate his effort every day, in the morning, at a small cup of coffee.
