hi every body! i have recently bought a small Franchise Coffee shop we ( i & the seller) signed an agreement to close the agreement by 12th of april and the seller was responsible to do some renovating job on the store we delayed the closing 2 times but the renovation is not still finished! i really fed up from arguing with this problematic seller every day but i can’t make it out of the agreement (i already paid about 20000 $ for the purchase) any body knows if i can make it safe out of the agreement or rush the seller to close the agreement and provide me with the documents i need to close?
