WHO is doing the astroturfing again? Did you see this from Obama’s group?
“Democratic group seeks help for Cleaver Saturday appearance
Organizing for America — the group left over from the Barack Obama presidential campaign — has put out a request for supporters to attend a meeting with Rep. Emanuel Cleaver Saturday in Lee’s Summit.
Cleaver plans a “health care public meeting” beginning at 8:00 a.m. JP Coffee, 3390 SW Fascination Drive in Lee’s Summit.
Cleaver’s district meetings are often low-key, one-on-one affairs. The notice by OFA, however, suggests some concern that opponents of health care reform will attend the session.
Similar meetings in other districts have turned rather raucus at times.”
Just one of many, but citizen protesters are the danger and ‘astroturf’.
Will you remember this in 2010 and 2012?
I was not a, believe what you intend to believe, but that simply isn’t true. Have you even READ the bill?
What’s sad is that he has not had time to build the “home army” or has he. A poor African America man was beaten by union thugs when he tried to voice his distrust f the planned Program. Six where arrested and seems like they are Union brown shirts. At this point he can mobilize them, bPs and ACORN and 234 sub organizations to disrupt. It will be them vs the elderly, so I suggest the elderly hire some off duty police and see what happens, I agree with the space man, it is turning out like that.
You would thin Congress and administration would take the best approach and have people who need and want it to register with their local health departments and if not able to get there, register by phone. Sorta like the 10 million undocumented workers is more like 35 million (remember the Reagon amnesty) and the 40 million may be more like 4 million. that is the way.
