Wouls you eat European Pastry(very important to know)?
Hi Guys!! Please help me out here with your honest opinion! I like a lot of American pastry but have noticed how they are the same…brownies,muffins,cheesecakes. (I luv them) I am SERIOUSLY thinking about opening european bakery that is based on the famous bakery in europe…cakes with creams,fruites..Very tasty and yummy! I was wondering would you as an American willing to buy that kind of “new” to you cakes if they were good? I mean,what do you think about the whole “European totally new cakes” in your area?And one more qs..do Americans like buttercream?In europe cakes are made with butter (butter with sugar mixed until whipped) and whipped cream(just like here).Its just there are some recipes that are better with butter. And would you go to the bakery that only sales pastries with no table where you can sit and drink coffee?Or you would prefer a place to have a table.Thank you a lot!!
