What’s the deal with the School Bus?
I never took a bus to school. We always rode bikes, skate boarded or, and more than likely, car-pooled. My public school didn’t even have a yellow school bus.
In the morning, on my way to work, I see moms walking their kids down to the bus stop. Lots of times, the moms are wearing robes and sipping coffee or wearing their best seatsuit. They don’t look like they are on their way to work.
How come these moms don’t just drive their kids to school? What’s the advantage to making them take a bus? It’s not like the school is far away. This isn’t rural North Dakota. Do the public schools make the kids take a bus? I don’t get it.
well in our family we have to take the bus. our parents work so they are gone while we are at the house getting ready for school. and we’re not old enough to drive either. if u ask me, tho, the bus is extremely stupid, and once i get my driver’s license i am never gonna ride it again!!
