I lived in NYC for a while and loved walking to work so I don’t want to live too far away. I am looking to live somewhere traditionally classified as somewhere “artsy”. Not that I’m some pretentious asshole, but I’ve been partying pretty hard my whole life and I’m kinda ready to relax a little, as far as just barhopping goes. I do, however, still want as much as possible to do around me. I love hitting up acoustic gigs at coffee shops, trying new food, interacting with a lot of people.

Anyplace sound good for me? I heard Wicker Park used to be cool, but everything I read now says that it’s just filled with yuppies. Is this true?
